Have you ever thought of playing Drag Racing in your Windows PC?
If u did then your wish has become true. yes.
Bluestacks allows you to run android apps on your windows!
It creates an Android like environment on your Windows and runs all your android apps in full screen mode. So you can say you are playing Android games in HD mode ;)
Here's the download link of Bluestacks.
Its preloaded with few apps like Drag Racing, Talking Tom cat, Bloomberg, Pulse, Words Free, Bebbled, Aporkalypse, Bubble Buster, Alchemy. You can also download more apps by clicking the Get more apps icon in the actual Bluestacks application.
Its still in Alpha state i.e. its totally in development stage and is not stable yet.
But trust me they have already did the hard work. I tried Drag racing and it was cool. Absolutely cool.
Talking Tom was even more hilarious.
You can also push Android apps from your mobile to Bluestacks on your PC using Cloud Connect app in the market. Here's the Bluestacks Cloud Connect. For this you need to first subscribe to Bluestacks by selecting get more apps on the app and then follow the steps. You wil get a 9 digit code after the steps which you need to enter on the Cloud Connect app in order to push apps.
Here are a few screen shots:

Bluestacks is not only an emulator but it actually runs the actual Android Environment under the hood. So it means it can also be rooted and hacked!
Even though the Android UI can be hacked from steps provided by Bluestacks there's nothing you can do much with it. The rooting process is described here.
We can also enable the market. But the process is tricky as well as very unstable! You can find it here.
You can also download an app from the internet and run on bluestacks. Download the apk, Then right click it and select Open With and select Default Program. Select the path in which you installed Bluestacks. By default it is C:\Program Files\Bluestacks\HD-APKHandler.exe. Now the app would be installed. You can install only one app at a time. Bluestacks only offers you only 262 mb of storage space.
However this storage space can be increased to 2gb with help of these steps:
Download the '2GB SDcard.fs' from here. Its a 7zip file. So you need 7 zip to extract it. Download 7zip from here.
Copy the file and replace it over the original file at C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\Android.
The Program Data folder is usually hidden so unhide it to view.
You can also make your own custom SD card by following the steps mentioned here.
So happy playing and working with Android apps on your Windows.
